ReplyPilot 是一款 Gmail 邮件回复助手浏览器扩展。我们高度重视你的隐私。 本扩展不会将任何用户数据收集、存储或传输到开发者的服务器。

ReplyPilot is a Gmail reply-assistant browser extension. We take your privacy seriously. This extension does not collect, store, or transmit any user data to the developer's servers.

Data We Handle

当你点击「生成回复」时，扩展会读取当前 Gmail 邮件的以下内容，并仅用于生成回复：

When you click "Generate", the extension reads the following from the current Gmail email, used only to produce a reply:

• 邮件主题 当前邮件的标题
• 邮件正文 当前邮件的内容
• 发件人信息 发件人姓名与邮箱地址（作为上下文）

• Subject the email subject
• Body the email content
• Sender sender name & email (as context)

数据如何处理

How Data Is Processed

上述邮件内容仅在你主动点击生成时，通过你自己的 API 密钥， 发送到你自行配置的第三方 AI 服务（SiliconFlow / OpenAI / 自定义 OpenAI 兼容端点）， 以获取回复建议。该过程完全由你控制，开发者无法访问。

The email content above is sent only when you click generate, using your own API key, to the third-party AI service you configure (SiliconFlow / OpenAI / custom OpenAI-compatible endpoint) to obtain reply suggestions. This is fully under your control; the developer cannot access it.

本地存储

Local Storage

你的设置（AI 服务商、API 端点、API 密钥、模型、回复语气、界面语言、AI 记忆） 全部保存在你浏览器本地的 chrome.storage.local 中，不会上传到开发者服务器。

Your settings (AI provider, API endpoint, API key, model, reply tone, UI language, AI memory) are stored locally in your browser's chrome.storage.local and are never uploaded to the developer's servers.

• 不会出售、共享或出租你的任何数据
• 不会保留你的邮件内容或 AI 生成的回复
• 不会追踪你的浏览行为或浏览记录
• 不会将你的数据用于广告或分析

• We do not retain your emails or AI-generated replies.
• We do not track your browsing behavior or history.
• We do not use your data for advertising or analytics.

第三方服务

Third-Party Services

当你使用 AI 生成功能时，数据会按你的配置发送到第三方 AI 服务商。 请参考你所选用服务商的隐私政策（如 SiliconFlow、OpenAI）。

When you use the AI generation feature, data is sent to the third-party AI provider you configure. Please refer to that provider's privacy policy (e.g., SiliconFlow, OpenAI).
